Salary: £29,203 - £34,340 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Location: Dorking, Surrey

Role Summary:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help foster a lifelong love of learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for children.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
  • Support children’s development towards EYFS milestones.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues, parents/carers.
