Bright Horizons Fair Oak is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver outstanding care and education to children in our setting. You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, manage safeguarding policies, and work with support offices to recruit, nurture, and continuously develop high performing colleagues, while identifying and implementing commercial plans to deliver growth.
You will optimise nursery performance, revenue generation and cost control within regulatory standards.
