Nursery – Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: £26,662 – £27,086 per annum pro rata (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Location: Maidstone, Kent.

Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

As an Early Years Assistant, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of five. You will engage children through interactive play, activities, reading, and support their development toward key milestones.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with children is ideal but not essential (e.g., nursery bank staff, nursery assistant, teaching assistant, nursery practitioner, early years educator, nanny, childminder).
