Bright Horizons Longfield Day Nursery and Preschool – Level 2 or 3 qualified Practitioner (Full Time).
Location: Longfield, Kent.
Salary:
- Level 3 – £28,072 to £33,020 p/a (based on qualification and experience).
- Level 2 – £27,009 to £27,823 p/a (based on qualification and experience).
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, to encourage development toward key milestones.
- Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, engage their minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Qualifications:
- Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
