Role Overview:
As part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you will blend the convenience of bank/agency work with the security and benefits of being an employee. Your responsibilities include supporting colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) by engaging children in entertaining and educational activities and encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also assist with essential day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Support EYFS delivery and child development activities
- Engage children in educational and entertaining experiences
- Assist with room tidying, preparation, and other daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Effective communication skills with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
