Role:
As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all the children to develop and meet their individual needs. You will make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, and ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring for the children.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences for children.
- Carry out accurate assessments to support individual children’s development.
- Maintain a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holder of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues and parents.
