About the role
We are looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at the Haslemere Day Nursery.
The role blends the convenience of bank/agency work with the security and benefits of being an employee.
Responsibilities
- Support colleagues with the delivery of the EYFS, engaging children in entertaining and educational activities and encouraging their development towards key milestones.
- Work as part of a larger team to complete essential day‑to‑day tasks, such as room tidying and preparation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
