Salary – £28,080 – £29,203.20 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours – 40 Hours Per Week | Mon‐Fri | Permanent

Role Overview
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to the development of individual children, encouraging them toward key milestones. You will create a safe environment that supports children's freedom to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities for children.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes exploration and learning.
- Support children's emotional, social, and physical development.
- Communicate regularly with parents/carers to foster strong partnerships.
- Adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and standards.
- Ensure rigorous safeguarding and child protection practices are followed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full and relevant Level 2, Level 3, or above Early Years qualification.
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and its implementation.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
