Bright Horizons is seeking an experienced EMEA Family Care Programme Advisor to provide high-quality HR advisory support across our regional Family Care Programme. This role is ideal for someone with strong case-management skills and the confidence to navigate complex, multi-country parenting leave policies.
Based in London and fully onsite with the option for one day of WFH per week, you will conduct in-depth fact finding, interpret country-specific policies, maintain thorough case notes.
