Nursery – Bright Horizons Eddington Day Nursery and Preschool.
Role: Bright Flex / Bank practitioner.
Hourly rate from £14.98.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the EYFS by engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
- Encourage children's development towards key milestones.
- Contribute to day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
- Work as part of a larger team to ensure a safe, caring environment and smooth running of the room.
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar).
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
