The predicted salary is between 30013 - 30014 £ per year.

Salary – £30,513.60 per annum pro-rata (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location – West Hampstead, London, NW6 3RU

This position is for Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 8-5 / 8:30-5:30pm.

We’re looking for a Part Time Early Years Administrator to join and support our West Hampstead Station Nursery.

The Role

As an Early Years Administrator, you will lead parent outreach initiatives, supporting the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes. You will assist parents with financial queries and solutions, and coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans. When required, you will also support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.

  • Previous experience within an administrative role
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and make independent decisions
  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry
  • Great communication skills, with colleagues, children, and parents
