Position: Nursery – West Hampstead Station Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: £14.98 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: West Hampstead, London, NW6 3RU
Working Hours: 32 hours per week – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, encouraging their development toward key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for each child.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating environment that promotes exploration and learning.
- Support children’s development towards EYFS milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents/carers to build strong working partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
