Job Overview
Nursery – Bright Horizons Crawley Day Nursery and Preschool.
Salary – Starting from £13.50 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience).
Location – Crawley.
Responsibilities
- Support colleagues with the delivery of EYFS by engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging development towards key milestones.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all essential day‑to‑day tasks are completed, including room tidying and preparation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified with Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children – e.g., Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
