Nursery – Bright Horizons Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool.
Salary – From £14.41 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience).
Location – Coulsdon, London.

We are looking for a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at Coulsdon Nursery, near Coulsdon Town Centre and Coulsdon South train station.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through engaging children in educational activities.
- Encourage development towards key milestones and learning goals.
- Work as part of a team to complete essential day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
- Blend the benefits of bank/agency work with the security and benefits of being an employee.
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children (e. g., Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Nurse/Early Years Educator/Nanny/Childminder or similar).
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
- Flexibility and adaptability in duties and shifts.
