Bright Horizons Camberley is recruiting a Level 3 qualified Forest School Leader for our new nursery opening in Spring 2026. The role is based in Camberley and will support an 88‑place setting featuring a large garden and forest school area.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support a team to deliver excellent care and education for children in the room.
- Help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones.
- Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding.
- Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
Qualifications
- Full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Forest School Leader qualification.
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and the statutory legislation required for working with children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
- Proficiency in a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.

- Salary: £29,612.90 – £35,185.80 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience).
