About the Nursery
The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and is situated in Gaydon, Warwickshire, just off the M40 on the Jaguar Land Rover site. It consists of age‑based rooms supporting children from 3 months to 5 years old, with cosy reading corners, imagination play areas, sensory corners and a bright outdoor space.
Role Overview
As a Room Leader you will lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education, help all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones, promote child welfare, health & safety and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar.
- Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and legislative requirements for working with children.
- Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
