Role Overview:
You will support colleagues with the delivery of the EYFS by engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
Qualifications:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
