Salary: £12.99 – £13.50 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience)
Hours: 11:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Permanent)

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, encouraging development toward key milestones.
- Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment that allows children to express themselves and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
- Use the garden, indoor spaces and learning features (e.g., sleep area, loose parts play, curiosity corner, forest school sessions) to support children’s physical and cognitive development.
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
- Passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
