Nursery – Bright Horizons Northgate House Nursery and Preschool

Salary – Starting from £28,080-£29,203.20 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Hours - 40 Hours per Week | 4 Days Per Week | 07:30am-6:30pm | Permanent

Location – Beaconsfield, HP9

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Northgate House nursery. The nursery is located in the centre of the beautiful market town of Beaconsfield, just a short 15 minute walk from Beaconsfield rail station and local shops. The nursery has recently undergone refurbishment and there are lots of sensory areas, cosy reading corners and imagination stations for the children to enjoy! Along with this we have exciting extra curricular activities such as Little Stars music sessions and Spanish lessons.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
