Key Responsibilities
- Supporting sales activities across a range of international markets and customer sectors.
- Managing inbound enquiries and following up on leads through telephone, email, and online channels.
- Ensuring all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded within the CRM system.

- Preparing quotations, contracts, invoices, and other sales documentation.
