What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven classroom experience
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Ability to build warm, positive, and trusting relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- A clear commitment to safeguarding and equality
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
