- Proven experience in catering or food preparation is essential
- Ability to independently manage meal planning and preparation
- Cater to individual needs e. g. allergies.
- Accountable for COSHH, food safety, health and safety, legal regulations, environment policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience in similar roles or environments is expected.
