Overview
Join our team at Terex Omagh and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated NPI Fitter to contribute to our Test & Development team.
Responsibilities
- Machine setup
- Completion of test plan items
- Initial mechanical and hydraulic testing
- Machine clean down in prep for re‑work
- Machine strip/re‑work/re‑build including mechanical, electric and hydraulic components
- Work with Test and Development Engineers and Design Engineers to develop and refine prototype machines
- Report and highlight issues found while completing re‑work or design improvements
- Replace/repair any worn or damaged parts including wear liners to keep machines in good working order for testing or for sale at end of testing
- Ensure compliance with all general site rules, regulations, policies & procedures
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Experience fitting hydraulics
- Experience in mechanical fitting
- Experience working in a similar environment (desirable)
