Responsibilities:
- Creation & maintenance of bill of materials for production & new product development.
- Processing production & engineering change orders.
- Processing machine specification changes.
- Maintenance of takt schedules.
- Execute the weekly machine configuration process.
- Production support to the manufacturing department.
- Assist in monthly sales & operations planning cycle.
- Create & maintain production schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HNC / HND Engineering qualification or equivalent on‑job experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) desirable.
- Competent with Microsoft packages.
- Experience with 3D modelling software advantageous.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Excellent multi‑tasking & attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
