Responsibilities:

  • Creation & maintenance of bill of materials for production & new product development.
  • Processing production & engineering change orders.
  • Processing machine specification changes.
  • Maintenance of takt schedules.
  • Execute the weekly machine configuration process.
  • Production support to the manufacturing department.
  • Assist in monthly sales & operations planning cycle.
  • Create & maintain production schedules.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum HNC / HND Engineering qualification or equivalent on‑job experience.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) desirable.
  • Competent with Microsoft packages.
  • Experience with 3D modelling software advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Excellent multi‑tasking & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team‑work orientation.
