Machine Shop Plasma Operator – Location: Omagh – 39 hour week. Monday–Thursday 6:00pm–4:15am (night shift). Shift premium applicable.
What you’ll do:
- Set up and operate plasma cutting machine to cut steel to the required specifications.
- Monitor cutting programs, check parts against drawings, and amend working parameters when necessary.
- Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them with requirements to confirm successful completion.
- Meet set targets while working on the production line.
- Adhere to strict quality targets.
- Work as part of a team to develop continuous improvement.
- Complete daily safety checks to ensure machine and work equipment are in good working order.
- Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations.
