About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll manage inbound enquiries, support both trade and commercial customers, and convert leads into confirmed orders through expert advice and tailored solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth across the Tottenham area while delivering a smooth, professional customer experience and developing long term relationships with customers visiting our trade counter.

Requirements:
- Must have sales experience within a builders’ merchant
- Strong product knowledge across relevant systems, materials, and accessories
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects
- Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all sales enquiries with confidence and technical expertise – over the phone or on the trade counter.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and commercial customers coming into the branch
- Provide specialist advice on products and systems
- Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and manage follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance
- Work closely with branch teams, suppliers, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Re-engage lapsed accounts and identify upselling opportunities
- Support product promotions and marketing initiatives
