Are you a creative, data-driven email marketer ready to make an impact? We’re looking for an Email & Data Marketing Manager to lead our campaigns, automation journeys, and audience engagement strategies. This is your chance to combine creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to drive measurable results across our marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the email marketing strategy to boost engagement, lead generation, and customer retention
- Create, manage, and optimise email campaigns and automation journeys
- Oversee segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and deliverability best practices
- Maintain high data integrity and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Manage and mentor our Email Marketing Executive
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with wider business goals
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (ideally Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- HTML skills for email content creation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to optimise campaign performance
