Role Overview
We are seeking a Telesales Executive to generate leads and support the Sales & Marketing Team. You’ll make outbound calls, identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, and book appointments, helping drive new business and re‑engage existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to prospects, customers, and lapsed accounts
- Identifying key stakeholders and gathering key information
- Updating and maintaining CRM data
- Supporting marketing campaigns and event invites
- Booking calls and meetings for the Sales Team
- Spotting cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
