We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take full ownership of our repairs and voids operation in the East of Scotland.
The Role
You’ll own our social housing repairs and voids contracts — Housing Association and Local Authority — which are run from our Glencarse, Perth base. You’ll be the senior point of contact for both clients, manage our Contracts Supervisors and their teams, with the support of our Glencarse based Contract Administrators and be accountable for delivering every reapir and void safely, on time, to quality and to budget.
You Will
Own the contracts — performance, KPIs, client relationships and delivery.
Lead and develop our Contracts Supervisors and direct the wider team.
Keep every repair and void job moving from inspection to handback — nothing stalls.
Plan and resource across our contracts, balancing in-house labour and subcontractors.
Deliver to budget, working closely with our QS on cost control.
Ensure health, safety and quality standards are met throughout.
About You
Proven experience managing social housing voids, repairs or maintenance contracts.
Experience managing supervisors and direct/subcontract labour.
Strong grasp of void turnaround, social housing compliance and contract KPIs.
Sound H&S knowledge (CDM 2015); SMSTS / IOSH or similar.
Confident, professional and credible with clients.
Commercially aware and able to deliver to budget.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience of Scottish social housing clients and a trade/construction background are advantageous.
What We Offer
Competitive salary (commensurate with experience), company van and fuel card.
Company pension and death-in-service cover (2x salary) with wellbeing benefits.
28 days holiday
A genuine opportunity to shape and grow a key operation in an ambitious, people-focused business.
Room to Grow
This is offered as a Contracts Manager role today — but it’s a role with genuine room to grow. Our Perth operation is expanding across the east of Scotland, and for the right person there is a clear path to take on more contracts, a bigger team and greater seniority as the business grows.
We want someone who will build and lead something, and grow with us.
