Warehouse Operative (Fixed Term and Permanent Position) – Dungannon Business Park, Dungannon. 40‑hour week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Deal with delivery drivers, freight companies and other internal customers within the Terex facility.
- Load and unload deliveries ensuring relevant paperwork is signed or attached to the goods.
- Assist with the Goods‑In process when required, including booking parts into stock, labelling parts and putting parts away in their correct location.
- Pick and label the correct parts and ensure parts are packed and secured on appropriate stillages or pallets.
- Investigate any shortages of parts and liaise as appropriate with the Spares Teamleader, Parts Accounts Supervisors, and any other relevant personnel.
- Liaise & communicate at all times with other team members and Spares Office personnel to ensure customer orders and delivery dates are met.
- Carry out all relevant paperwork/computer work related to the job role and maintain reports/systems in a timely manner.
- Participate in stock counts and coordinate the necessary transactions to the stock system to ensure it is up‑to‑date.
- Participate in any applicable continuous improvement programmes, including 5S and housekeeping activities.
- Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
Requirements
- Experience working within a fast‑moving stores or dispatch environment.
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent.
- IT literate (Microsoft range of products).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A 3ton forklift truck license would be desirable.
