Position Title: Product Support Representative
Location: Dungannon Business Park
Reporting to: Parts Technical Support Manager
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Manage dealer enquiries through the helpdesk.
- Advise on part identification.
- Cross‑reference parts against BOMs.
- Assist in sourcing of identified parts.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Conduct credit investigations.
- Participate in customer service calls and identify improvement areas.
- Assist with preparation for new product launch.
- Assist with parts‑related engineering change orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSE (English and Maths grade C or above).
- Experience working in a busy office environment, ideally in a customer service role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload using own initiative; meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening skills to understand customer problems and resolve them.
- Excellent written skills as most work will be written (email, documentation, etc.).
- Experience in crushing and screening industry desirable but not essential.
