Wear Kraft Coordinator
Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Wear Kraft Coordinator to contribute to the Coalville team.
Reporting to the Wear Kraft Business Line Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the storage, coordination and supply of all materials to and from the Wear Kraft operation at Coalville.
The role
- Co-develop a strategic layout for parts storage, ensuring safe and accessible storage of all materials for Wear Kraft processes.
- Develop processes for stock handling, management and health and safety with a view to a Supervisory role in the future.
- Develop to a dual role Co-ordinator/Regional Sales Manager as expected.
- Handle all materials efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate parts movement with required departments both on and off site.
- Unload parts, locate stock, conduct cycle counts, perform pick & pack operations and load goods to meet customer orders.
- Operate Wear Kraft goods inwards to ensure all required parts are delivered, checked against documentation, correctly marked and located.
- Identify damaged parts and ensure compliance with inventory control measures, including receipting of goods inwards on relevant systems.
- Operate Wear Kraft goods outwards to ensure accurate picking, packaging and labelling of parts.
- Work safely with the Company’s Health & Safety guidelines while remaining customer focused.
- Escalate key issues to the Supervisor or Managers as required.
- Comply with internal environmental and waste management procedures.
- Follow Standard Work procedures.
- Maintain general housekeeping duties to keep yard and work areas at a 5s standard.
- Use FLT and PIT where required.

- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience in a similar role or with material movement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative with little supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Current forklift or combi-lift licence.
- Knowledge of inventory control would be advantageous.
- A logical and methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner to meet targets.
- IT literacy and experience of MRP style systems would be beneficial.
- Sales experience is not required; training and development for the RSM aspect of the role will be provided.
