Location: Ballymoney
Reporting to: Dispatch Manager
Hours: 39 hours – Monday to Thursday (Evening Shift: 4:45pm to 3am)
Responsibilities
- Efficient and timely handling of all materials
- Support production through accurate delivery of parts
- Use of PIT, counterbalance, reach truck, pallet stacker, and tugger truck safely
- Process parts received for production and stores
- Control paperwork promptly and accurately
- Receipting of goods against purchase orders on MRP system
- Loading and unloading of material deliveries
- Compliance with inventory control, environmental and waste management procedures, health & safety policies, and standard work procedures
- General housekeeping duties
- Escalate key issues to supervisor/manager as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment
- Valid PIT licence (counterbalance preferred)
- IT literate, prior experience with MRP style system advantageous
- GCSE level education
