Location: Ballymoney

Reporting to: Dispatch Manager

Hours: 39 hours – Monday to Thursday (Evening Shift: 4:45pm to 3am)

Responsibilities

  • Efficient and timely handling of all materials
  • Support production through accurate delivery of parts
  • Use of PIT, counterbalance, reach truck, pallet stacker, and tugger truck safely
  • Process parts received for production and stores
  • Control paperwork promptly and accurately
  • Receipting of goods against purchase orders on MRP system
  • Loading and unloading of material deliveries
  • Compliance with inventory control, environmental and waste management procedures, health & safety policies, and standard work procedures
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Escalate key issues to supervisor/manager as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment
  • Valid PIT licence (counterbalance preferred)
  • IT literate, prior experience with MRP style system advantageous
  • GCSE level education
