MP Awards is a sector-specific awarding organization serving the extractives, mineral products, mining, construction, and related manufacturing industries. We provide a comprehensive range of accreditation services and qualifications through our Approved Centres. MP Awards also manages key industry schemes such as the MPQC Plant Operator Competency Scheme and the MPQC Blasting Operator Competency Scheme, while maintaining a quality assurance role for the MPQC/SPA Contractor Safety Passport (CSP). We are dedicated to ensuring all our qualifications are industry-relevant, flexible, and held to high standards of quality, supporting the sector’s aim of achieving a fully competent workforce.

We are inviting applications for the position of Industry Schemes Manager. The Manager will be responsible for providing management and ongoing development of industry and accreditation schemes, including the MPQC Plant Operator Competency Scheme, associated Training Standards, and all related card schemes, ensuring they remain current, compliant, and fit for purpose. This is a key position that contributes directly to the success of the wider organisation.
