Experience designing or building intelligence systems that integrate multiple data sources, working across technical platforms — including Salesforce and dashboard or network mapping tools; a technical or developer background is a genuine advantage.

You are someone who:

• Builds trust quickly across programs, geographies, and seniority levels.
• Thinks in systems and power structures, identifying what matters before it becomes obvious.
• Brings deep command of global technology governance, philanthropic, and geopolitical ecosystems.

We Are Excited To See Any Additional Experience With:

• Experience building intelligence practices, briefing systems, or knowledge infrastructure that helped an organization compound insight over time.
• Fluency working across both policy and communications contexts, especially where intelligence needed to be translated into externally resonant positioning.
• A technical, developer, or platform-oriented background that strengthens your ability to partner on dashboards, network mapping, or CRM-based intelligence systems.
• Experience supporting senior leaders through major global convenings or multilateral engagements where preparation, positioning, and follow-through materially shaped outcomes.

Salary and Benefits Information:

Mozilla Foundation is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation for our staff. We aim to pay a competitive and market-based salary based on the responsibilities and requirements of the role. The starting salary ranges for this role are listed below:

• Germany: €91,572.20 — €102,851.53
• UK: £75,880.80 — £85,227.36
• Canada: $158,085.00 — $177,557.00
• US: $117,100.00 — $131,523.70

Some regions fall into a higher salary market and this is reflected in the example ranges below:

• London: £94,851.00 — £106,534.20
• New York City: $146,375.00 — $164,404.63
• Maryland/DC: $140,520.00 — $157,828.44
