We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager for the UK to build and lead our regional marketing strategy. You’ll operate at the intersection of global strategy and local execution—bringing deep UK insight into a globally coordinated marketing organization. Europe is at the center of a once-in-a-decade shift in how browsers compete. This role is about turning that shift into sustained growth—and helping millions of people choose a better internet. You’ll drive Mozilla’s cultural relevance in the UK by identifying and activating opportunities beyond the tech category, embedding the brand in moments, communities, and conversations that keep the brand top-of-mind and meaningfully considered. This is a critical marketing role focused on:
- Re-establishing Firefox as a relevant, differentiated brand
- Driving user and market share growth in the UK
- Leading major campaigns and activations in the UK
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director European Integrated Marketing to shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies for the UK, aligned to audience insights, brand priorities, product initiatives, and cultural moments.
- Develop strong thought leadership and understanding of the regional landscape, including consumer needs, competitive specs, and emerging macro + cultural trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, media, communications/policy teams, creative, PR, and agency partners to develop impactful campaign platforms and programs.
- Deliver clear, powerful strategic and creative briefs to inspire and guide work across teams.
- Translate global strategies into locally relevant marketing initiatives that resonate with regional audiences and business priorities.
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across product launches, partnerships, brand moments, and always-on activity.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards, tone of voice, and regional market nuances.
- Collaborate with internal and high profile external partners and agencies to deliver coordinated campaigns and market presence.
- Strong program manager; accountable for the end-to-end execution. You will maintain clear project visibility, timelines, and stakeholder updates across campaigns.
- Bring a measurement mindset; partnering with cross-functional teams to build measurement plans ensuring work-streams deliver quantifiable outcomes.
- Partner with analytics, insights, and media teams to track + optimize campaign performance and measure impact against business objectives.
- Own campaign and marketing performance tracking and reports to be shared with senior leaders across the business.
Professional Profile
- You are an inspiring, cross-functional marketer directly responsible for UK marketing activity.
- You are passionate about building data-driven marketing plans and succeed in highly collaborative environments.
- 8+ years of deep consumer marketing, brand marketing, and/or strategy experience.
- Strong portfolio of product launches and growth initiatives across tech, sports, and music, with expertise in creating integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies that drive brand and commercial impact.
- Solid understanding of coordinated (owned + paid + earned) channel mix approaches that drive user acquisition, consideration, product usage, and advocacy.
- Strong grasp of quantitative test designs.
- Strives to balance both creative excellence with high quantitative performance.
- Outstanding organization and project management skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills; proven track record leading through influence.
- A self-starter with a bias for action.
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment across different time zones and cultures.
