About This Team and Role

The Director of Recruiting will lead the development and execution of a high‑performance recruiting function aligned with the company’s growth objectives. This role combines operational focus with strategic, company‑based philosophical grounding to ensure our hiring approach supports both immediate hiring needs and broader organizational priorities.

Key Operational Areas of Focus

  • Talent Team and Hiring Strategy: Drive an effective and targeted sourcing strategy that maximizes reach and minimizes wasted resources, including operationalizing a candidate outreach response system.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish a foundational, accurate, and timely reporting system to track hiring progress across roles.
  • Hiring Skills Development Across the Organization: Elevate hiring capability organization‑wide, enhancing competence in talent assessment, inclusive interviewing, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and high‑performance standards.
  • Team Building and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Scalability: Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems to meet the demands of the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting plans.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and tools to optimize the talent acquisition process.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7‑10 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth company.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high‑performance recruiting teams with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies; Greenhouse preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
