You’ll build and scale the engine that drives explosive growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and run the clip machine: cut long‑form and live sessions into a constant stream of short‑form across TikTok / IG Reels / Shorts.
- Launch and evolve remix/challenge formats that get people making content with us, not just consuming it.
- Stand up and manage creator / affiliate loops: sourcing creators, briefing them, tracking performance, paying them, scaling what works.
- Own paid acquisition end‑to‑end across Meta / YouTube / Reddit / X / SEM: budgets, targeting, creative, landing pages, kill rules, scaling.
- Run continuous A/B tests on hooks, visuals, offers, landing pages, funnels.
- Track every number that matters and write the weekly growth memo on “what’s working, what dies.”
Must‑Haves
- Proof you’ve actually done it: Viral clips you can point to (with views / engagement).
- Paid performance work where you dropped CAC or hit payback.
- A creator / affiliate campaign that drove installs, not just vibes.
- Hands‑on in Ads Manager across Meta / YouTube / Reddit / X, plus basic comfort with search / paid clicks.
- You can personally cut content fast (CapCut / Premiere / Descript) and run/coordinate “clip farm” style output.
- Twitch native: you understand raids, highlights, VOD → Shorts/TikToks, and how to get moments out same‑day.
- You’re a numbers person. You speak in CAC, LTV, ROAS, D7 retention, not “reach.”
- You live in Sheets. You move fast without getting sloppy, and you don’t emotionally attach to creative that underperforms.
