Our Mission

Make music creation as universal and engaging as listening is for billions today.

About us

Mozart AI is a web-based music creation platform with over 100,000+ users — from shower singers to professional artists.

Why This Role Exists

Build the in-house content engine that drives insane organic growth at low CAC and sustains creator-led revenue. You’ll be our on-camera presence, our editor-in-chief of short-form, and the operator who turns ideas into clips, clips into installs, and creators into long-term partners.

What You'll Do

  • Ship a constant stream of short-form across TikTok / IG Reels / YouTube Shorts (product stories, tutorials, community, behind-the-build).
  • Create repeatable viral formats (duets/remixes/challenges) and iterate weekly to find hits.
  • Leverage (and grow) your personal brand while shaping Mozart’s voice and on-screen identity.
  • Own the analytics loop: dashboards, weekly growth memo, creative heatmap, and next tests; defend CAC with data.
  • Manage community channels (Discord, Reddit, YouTube comments) and keep messaging tight and brand-safe.
  • Partner with CEO/COO (growth moments), Designer (thumbnails/motion), and Product (feedback, feature content).

Must-Haves

  • A Personal Brand with 100k+ Audience.
  • A portfolio of short-form that actually performed (show views/retention/conversions).
  • Strong editing chops (CapCut / Premiere / Descript); sharp thumbnail instincts.
  • Music-pilled: you care about creation; bonus if you produce/sing/play. (Have a setup or space - we will kit you out.)
  • Analytical spine: UTMs, cohort views, installs per 100k views, signup→activation; you speak CAC/LTV.
  • Operator energy: can wrangle creators, schedule shoots, clear rights, and still post daily.
  • Taste + speed: iterate hooks/scripts/cuts fast without sacrificing craft.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Basic paid amplification (turn winners into UGC ads).

Compensation

  • Equity: 0.05%–0.10%
  • Dental, medical, and health insurance
  • Pension contribution
  • Private office in central London (Victoria)
  • Gym membership and brand-new MacBook on day one
  • Free yearly passes to Coachella, Tomorrowland (VIP), and other major festivals
  • Chef-prepared meals, daily

Why Join Mozart

You’ll be the engine + face of our organic growth. Your formats will set the culture, your clips will fill the funnel, and your creator programs will convert attention into artists. If you love music, love the camera, and love the numbers, this is your stage.
