Mozaic is an innovative and growing Operating Model Transformation Consultancy. We work with large organisations at CIO level, to assess and transform their digital operations. We have an outstanding reputation in this field and our customer base includes many household names across numerous different industries.
The Business Change and Comms Lead will be primarily responsible for planning and implementing a robust business change and comms plan for operating model change programmes. They will work directly with the workstream leads and key SMEs to collect information and build the respective communications for the Client, in support of the introduction of the IT changes being implemented as part of the programme. The Business Change and Comms Lead will also work in close collaboration with the Client’s Internal Communication, Brand, Intranet and Design teams to deliver the communications required to successfully transition users to the new IT services.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the review and sign off processes for all programme communications strategies, plans and related materials, ensuring a clear and defined narrative to all programme communications.
- Ensuring that the design principles of the Client are supported as part of the programme including, but not limited to, supporting Workstream leads with communication design work needs for their needs;
- Providing regular updates to the programme leadership team and supplier team and highlighting any risks to delivery to the Mozaic Engagement Lead;
- Acting as the coordinator for all training that needs to be delivered to the Client’s internal users.
Background and Experience
You will have a background in, or experience of:
- Creating, running and delivering various engagement sessions such as show and tells, interest groups, working groups and drop in sessions.
- Managing external communications such as emails, intranet page updates and any ad-hoc requests such as briefing decks.
- Maintaining traditional business change & communications artefacts such as strategy, logs and models.
- Working in tandem with the Client team to manage any business change activity that is not covered through existing roles.
