Mozaic is an innovative and growing Operating Model Transformation Consultancy. We work with large organisations at CIO level, to assess and transform their digital operations. We have an outstanding reputation in this field and our customer base includes many household names across numerous different industries. We are at the forefront of the Product Operating Model revolution – working with clients to design and build operating models for IT, Digital and Change that are aligned to customer needs and deliver the outcomes the business requires. Mozaic’s Product Operating Model proposition utilises agile principles and philosophies – such as building cross-functional teams, with end-to-end responsibility of work, empowered to prioritise the most valuable outcomes.

The Role

Working as part of an expert Mozaic team, on client engagements, your role would be focused on:

  • Designing new operating models and organisation designs that are aligned to the principles of Agile and Mozaic’s Product principles
  • Adapting and applying Mozaic methodologies to accelerate the iterative build of new operating models.
  • Understanding current state maturity in complex organisations, building and delivering against plans to make our customers world class in their delivery
  • Supporting mobilisation activities such as leadership immersion sessions and team mobilisation workshops
  • Working with client colleagues in HR and Communications to develop and implement appropriate colleague engagement plans to support the model
  • Working with client colleagues in Finance and Change to design and introduce appropriate funding and portfolio prioritisation models.
  • Helping instil a culture with client leadership that empowers and enables their colleagues
  • Designing and facilitating workshops with client colleagues
  • Supporting the development of the Mozaic Services consulting methodologies, tools and propositions
  • Confidently articulating Mozaic principles and methods

Background and Experience

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in elements of any of the following areas; product-aligned operating model design, organisation design, transition planning, current state assessment methodologies, business analysis
  • Experience of working in an agile environment, preferably in a product-aligned model
  • Knowledge of agile principles and practices
  • Understanding of the challenges of managing IT Services in medium to larger organisations
  • Strong analytical experience
  • Ability to undertake consultative- and advisory-style client engagement
  • Proven ability to produce and contribute directly to project deliverables, client presentations and other documents
  • Ability to quickly learn, assimilate and articulate the Mozaic Services approach to Operating Model transformation confidently within clients’ IT, Digital, Change and business functions
  • At least three years’ relevant experience in consulting or in-house roles
