BCG is seeking an Assistant Chef to join a small kitchen team in a care home. You will cover annual leave, deliver nutritious meals residents enjoy, and take the lead when the Head Chef is off duty.
You will ensure smooth kitchen operation, maintain high service standards, and uphold strict cleanliness in line with EHO guidelines. Successful candidates will have kitchen experience, be able to lead in shifts, hold a SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality or equivalent, a basic Food Hygiene
