An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Guest Service Agent to be part of the Front of House Team at Zedwell Hostel, located in the heart of London, Piccadilly Circus. Zedwell Capsule Hostel is an exciting, modern, and innovative project in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, offering guests a unique and restful stay. With 990 capsules and direct Underground access, it provides a distinctive accommodation experience in central London.

What you will be doing:

  • You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure our guests receive a heart-warming welcome.
  • You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guests’ services.

As a Host, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.

  • Minimum 1 year in a Front Office Role in a similar property.
