The Role
As a Guest Service Agent (we call them Crew Members at Moxy), you're not just behind a desk—you’re everywhere. You’ll check guests in, mix drinks at the bar, set the vibe in the lobby, and make sure every moment is packed with personality and smooth service.
What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out
Jump behind the bar and serve up drinks with style
Keep the lobby buzzing and social
Help with guest requests and solve problems on the fly
Live and breathe the Moxy brand with energy and authenticity
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality, front desk, or F&B a bonus—but not essential
A positive attitude and love for people
Great multitasking and communication skills
Ready to work flexible shifts (yes, that includes evenings and weekends)
