As a

Night Manager you are responsible for ensuring that consistent high quality customer service is delivered at the Front Office during the night shifts.

You will provide guidance and leadership for the Front Office Night Receptionists / Auditors.

You will motivate and support our team and ensure our guests’ satisfaction and you will provide a personal and friendly service to our guests.

The front desk is open 24/7 and you will be working during night shifts.

We are looking for a person who wants to be apart of developing our hotel.

As a Night Manager you are responsible for the entire Front Office Night team and you report to the Front Office Manager.

You will be a member of a great team where everyone is just as important as the other!

  • You have excellent communication and guest service skills
  • You have an eye for details and only the best is good enough
  • You have an inspiring energy and always with a smile on your face
  • You have minimum 1 year of supervising position
  • You speak and write fluently English and preferably a second language
  • You are good with technology and you´ve been working with Opera before
  • You will be responsible for the arrival and departure of our guests and the completion of all supervisor shift checklists.
  • You will be responding to every guest’s requests including concierge requests.
  • You have a experience from working as a Night Receptionist / Supervisor before
  • You will be helping with Food & Beverage outlets
  • You need to provide a personal and friendly service to our guests.
  • You are service minded and your focus is on the guest experience.
