Main Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Helping guests whilst creating positive experiences
  • Training team members to Moxy standards in both food and beverage and reception
  • Take the lead on food and beverage initiatives, ensuring that menus, tills and pricing are up to date
  • Ensuring profitability from a food and beverage perspective
  • To organise and prepare for monthly stock takes
  • Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
  • Supervise accurate and efficient reception operations including check in/out procedures
