Receptionist/Bartender (Crew Member) – MOXY Glasgow Merchant City

This position is based on On Call (0 Hours) / Permanent contract

Gross Hourly Salary – £12.64 per hour

Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role.

Proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home

Main Tasks & responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

Useful Experience

• Experience within the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry
