You’ll handle everything from recruitment to team development, making sure Moxy is the place everyone wants to work in!

What You’ll be

Doing: Building an epic team – Find, hire and onboard the best talent for Moxy Belfast City Keeping our culture alive – Plan cool team events, training sessions and initiatives that keep team engagement and energy high Spreading good vibes – Create an open positive work environment, where our teams feel valued and heard Solving people puzzles – Be the go-to person for HR support, from employee relations to well-being Keeping things on track – Handle HR policies, compliance and admin.

What we’re looking for: HR Superstar - ideally with hotel experience, or within a fast-paced environment Culture builder – you will bring the Moxy energy and know how to keep a team motivated and connected Organised and proactive – with an in-depth knowledge of Employment Law in Northern Ireland you will get things done effectively and efficiently.
