Your Mission
Think of yourself as the ultimate people champion – creating a workplace where our people thrive, culture comes first and the Moxy spirit shines through. You’ll handle everything from recruitment to team development, making sure Moxy is the place everyone wants to work in!
What You’ll be Doing:
- Building an epic team – Find, hire and onboard the best talent for Moxy Belfast City
- Keeping our culture alive – Plan cool team events, training sessions and initiatives that keep team engagement and energy high
- Spreading good vibes – Create an open positive work environment, where our teams feel valued and heard
- Solving people puzzles – Be the go-to person for HR support, from employee relations to well-being
- Keeping things on track – Handle HR policies, compliance and admin.
What we’re looking for:
- HR Superstar - ideally with hotel experience, or within a fast-paced environment
- Culture builder – you will bring the Moxy energy and know how to keep a team motivated and connected
- Organised and proactive – with an in-depth knowledge of Employment Law in Northern Ireland you will get things done effectively and efficiently.
