Our brand-new hotel in the heart of Belfast City is now looking for a Revenue Manager who can crunch numbers, spot trends and maximise every opportunity to keep our hotel performing at its best.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Optimizing Revenue – Manage pricing, strategies and room inventory to maximise profitability
- Analysing Trends – Track market data, booking patterns and competitor rates to stay ahead of the game
- Driving Bookings – Work with sales, marketing and operations to boost occupancy and revenue
- Innovating – Identify new revenue streams, creative pricing models and ways to increase the hotel\’s performance
- Forecasting & Reporting – Predict demand, adjust strategies and keep leadership in the loop
- Collaboration – Work with the team to align revenue strategies with guest experience and brand goals
